The Bleeding Heart
2oz Wiggly Bridge Gin (or Vodka)
2oz Goya Passion Fruit Juice
1oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Blood Orange Concentrate OR 2oz Fresh Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Club Soda
Blood Orange Wheel as garnish
Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass (13oz) and fill with ice. Top with a small splash of club soda. Garnish with a thin wheel of blood orange. For an added flair, take your orange slice and fold in half, take one point and fold upward, then spear with a cocktail stick for a cupid’s arrow heart!
